Wanted: Passenger side 1926-27 e-brake rod.
I have a good drivers side 1926-27 brake rod, my passenger side rod is a rod but not a 1926-27 Ford e-brake rod.

Ignatio, the difference between left and right rods is he last kink at the rear. It is not too difficult to change one side to the other by reforming that kink, so any side rod would suffice. As far as I know, any rod can be used. An earlier one just needs to be shortened at the front end an a bit more thread turned on. Just don't go cutting an early rod with the forged end. They are hard to come by.

1925 and earlier do have a kinked offset to clear the radius rods, and the angle of the clevis end piece does make them 'right' or 'left'. However, as Allan B says, easily altered to change sides.
As I recall, the 1926/'27 E-brake rods have NO offsets to clear the radius rods because the brake arms are longer and therefore reach higher enough to fully clear the radius rods. Therefore, there is no difference between the right and the left. Simply flip the rod over.
