WTB Flywheel with Ring Gear for Starter & Starter

collecting parts to put a starter on my 1915. found a good hogshead, looking for a flywheel with ring gear and starter.

I should have what you are looking for . I have several transmissions with starter flywheels. will have to check condition.

I just did this on a 15. I also replaced the double stack coil ring, no notch, and narrow magnets. Lang’s has oversize peddle shafts. You’ll most likely need new triple gear pins and want to check and recharge the new magnets, thus a new set of magnet screws. You’ll need the starter drive cover, the little cup, and the special screws. The magnet keepers are also different for the newer magnets. Be glad to share what little I know, Bob at 903-824-1949.

In addition to Bob's list, I would add a set of new alumimium spools on which the magnets rest. The originals are cast, and often will crack and possibly shed a piece or two when the magnet heights are 'adjusted'. The new ones are machined from aluminium stock.
You will also need a way to mount the necessary battery, a starter switch and new cabling of the correct capacity for 6 volt operation.
