I am looking for the fuel shut off valve that comes off of the round gas tank and goes to the carburetor. this is for a 1911 touring car, prefer original but i will consider a repop. i have been told that repops are not available anymore.

Mark, it should be all brass. The earlier ones did not have a hex at the top to help with screwing them in. Others will be able to tell if that is what you need.

As Allan eluded to - the repro's have the hex. I might have an original, no hex in the show case - be back tomorrow.
