That is the stock supplied design of the original equipment Ruckstell shift knob from Ruckstell. The knob that has the script "Ruckstell" stenciled on it in white, that is commonly seen now, was never available in the 20's. That knob is a modern reproduction sold originally by the late Max Edmonds.
The shift knob sold by Lang's was also supplied as standard equipment on early 4 cyl. Dodge Brothers cars.
Knowledge that isn't shared, is wasted knowledge.

Lang's should have them. We make them, and are an exact replacement, except the threaded insert is made of brass instead of steel.

It is a reproduction, and the price is right there in the listing.
I know the voices aren't real but damn they have some good ideas! :shock:
