This may be helpful. It’s from the 1926 Ford manual. Scroll down and there is an entry about TT trucks. https://www.mtfca.com/books/1926Inst.htm

There may be other manuals about the differential. As far as the engine is concerned it’s the same in Model T trucks and cars. I only have cars but others on the forum will have information about the TT Trucks.

Not to my knowledge. Most of the electrical and mechanical for a TT is the same except for the rear end.

No separate manual, along with the Ford Service Manual not covering the TT at all except what was shared between it and the cars. There is a little scattered through the Model T Ford Service Bulletin Essentials and as John said, some in the owner's manual. I don't have access to the original Service Bulletin's so don't know how much covering the TT was left out when that book was put together because it is not complete as originally published by Ford.
At the time the Essentials was published, the TT was the red headed stepchild of the Model T world. :) People were not really restoring them, so Dan Post did not see a reason to include the book was put together back in 1966.
Sometimes you have to do a little digging or if you have a question, ask here.
I know the voices aren't real but damn they have some good ideas!

Lang’s Model T Ford parts is a parts supplier for Ford T’s.
Their catalog has a section for TT truck parts but not a lot. You can view them online on their website.

Mike,

Some of us own TT trucks ( it is a secret club .... just like the Templars or Masons    ).
So just ask some questions on the MTFCA, we will answer.
Do a Google search by starting with: MTFCA then your question.
Type in as an example in a Google search: MTFCA model TT rear end
Type in as an example in a Google search: MTFCA model TT brakes
Type in as an example in a Google search: MTFCA model TT gear ratios

TT is in the Service Bulletins as well as the Fordson and Lincoln. NOT in the Essential book, but in the real Service Bulletins.
That is why a full set is what is essential.
At one time the other club was reproducing them and the folder Wish someone would do it again. I know they are on line, but having them in hand is better when you need them.

This web site has hundreds of Model T Books, service manuals etc for free to download https://www.cimorelli.com/mtdl/default.htm
There is an index on the main page to the left side of the screen to navigate upon or you can click on an image of a book
Not much that specifically addresses TT unique mechanical items

TT attraction and ownership has been linked to mental illness, and
those stricken are kept at the dark fringes of regular T society. Best
if you embrace the shunning looks and quiet snickering.
More people are doing it today than ever before !

I don't own a TT but my next door neighbour bought one recently. I have a couple 1912's so am trying to help him, learning along the way. How do we sign up for that secret TT club?

:) Start by posting any questions you may have on the general forum. Members of the secret TT club will be along shortly after you give the secret sign and handshake to help.

Hi Mike,
See if you can get a copy of the MTFCA book on Ruckstell axles. It has a chapter on TT rear ends, even without a Ruckstell the info on gearing and lube is useful.

Cheers
Adrian (TT driver)
