I have been busy with a few other projects but have not forgot
about you David.
I got the starter kit out of storage last night.
The starter is a Denver Ford Starter.
It appears to be a new old stock accessory as there is no
visible wear on the friction material .
I will take some pictures and post them this evening.

Here are the pictures of the Denver Ford Pull Starter. It appears to be in unused or lightly used condition. I believe that on this model the pull handle fits through one of the bolt holes on the steering column.
I am asking $450 plus shipping.

Wow, it is awesome… but, I didn’t think it would be so costly… I won’t be able to afford it.. I also have a local person that may have one.
Thank you for what you did.

No problem David. You had the first right to it.
It is now available to anyone who may be interested.

I have been collecting parts for these for several years. I wanted to put one on my 15, but found out I would have to drop the pan for it to fit in the narrow nose pan. Undoing all the pan bolts and removing the old lower pulley and replacing it with the starter was a bit more than I wanted to do. Would have been no problem when the engine was apart.

Pull starters were called “lady starters” and often marketed to women because it allowed a minimal arm strength woman the option of staying safe and dry in car in bad weather, and safe in car if it stalled in traffic. They are neat if the are working properly and we’ll balanced with little effort required.

I don't have one personally, but have you checked out any online marketplaces like eBay or Craigslist?
