Camshafts to go!

Does anybody have a use for these? There's 5 bearings are they worth a babbitt? Make any kind of offer, hate to just throw away.

If any of them are the late ( long front bearing ) camshaft, they are the ones the cam grinders use for reground cams. If they are the early short front bearing, they're good for pry bars!

Who is regrinding cams? Last I heard everyone had quit. I got a bucket full.

I believe Chaffins cams are regrinds.

Last I heard they quit. Have they started back. Or did I hear wrong. I was told due to only standard cam bearings they would not be making them any more.

Dan: I think they are still doing the regrinds. They have stopped making new cams.

Chaffins still has regrinds in the catalog. I have one and love it, very good low & med range and will still let you turn over 2300 RPM.
How are the lobes? After seeing some of Kurt Wrights work on the Model T 6 cylinder. I would love to try making a 1-3-2-4 cam to see
how it would run. Or even a intake & exhaust reversed firing T engine. But I'm sure with my machine capabilities I would need a barrel
full of cams to make it happen.
