WTB - Brake Rods 1920-1925

Post by SurveyKing » Tue Jan 24, 2023 5:59 pm

I am looking to purchase as quickly as possible a pair of good used brake rods for my 1924 Touring. Must have good threads that will chase well and no wallowed-out holes in the end where it attaches to the brake cam lever. Thank You

Frank, the length would be approximately 54 inches from the end of the threads to the clevis hole where it connects to the brake cam.

OK, photos attached. the pair toward the bottom of the photos are in better shape, but one has a non-Ford threaded clevis. $20 either pair plus shipping. I'll get a quote...

Frank, thanks for posting the photos, they look a bit rough to me, I am hoping to find some in better condition if they are out there.

Thank you, I just ordered them. I always prefer Ford originals but they decent ones don't appear to be out there.
