FS: KR Wilson Propeller Shaft End Mill (DS bushing)

For Sale: Genuine KR Wilson Propeller Shaft End Mill for trimming the drive shaft front bushing to the proper length when fitting the universal joint. The flange on driveshaft bushings is what takes up the end play of the Model T drive shaft and sets the engagement depth of the drive shaft pinion gear into the rear axle ring gear. Drive shaft bushing flanges, both NOS and reproduction, are made thick in order to provide this adjustment. After installation, the flange is trimmed using this tool to set the correct end play.
The handle of this tool shows some rust pitting, but the cutting edges and guide pinion are in good condition and still cuts well, in fact better than new reproductions of this tool. The top surface of the end mill is marked KR Wilson Buffalo, NY. This is scarce but necessary tool when replacing the drive shaft bushing when overhauling the drive shaft. $200 plus shipping.
