Unless you are a purest for authenticity, any small 26-27 Model T or 28-31 Model A ammeter will work, perfectly. If someone doesn't give you one or offer one at a lower price, view EBAY auction number 284809285428, a 30-0-30 reproduction Model A ammeter.

Model A ammeters are wired for + ground - the wires need to be reversed when hooking up for a T.
Your switch assembly appears to be a reproduction due to the lack of "Ford" script under the headlamp lever & no number stamped into the key cylinder - just FYI.
