TT seat cushions

WTB. I would like to find a couple nice useable seat cushions for the steel cab TT. I realize that I can buy repops but much prefer a useable used set. Thanx!

Mike, I would be inclined to buy new spring assemblies, and upholster them in used materials. That way you have the aged appearance, but not the sagging, out of shape cushions. Old seats rarely are usable without rebuilding them, and that is not a job to tackle as a novice. A seat spring assembly looks simple, but there is a lot of work tying each spring to its neighbour, front and back, tying the top frame in line with the bottom, and then having it retain that position when in use.

Thanx Allan, I think thats good advice. I didn't think of upholstering with used material.

I purchased new seat spring assembly from Lang’s, then sent to trim shop for material installation. Very good results at a reasonable price. 1924 C Cab
