Rick
if you would share publicly or privately your source for the piping, that would be most appreciated. I have searched for that product and while I've found sources, the minimum purchase involved prohibited any more interest.
Thanks for your consideration.

Richard , you lucky duck ! The Exhaust manifold with the special T fitting is super tough to find ! I was busy at work and did not click onto the Ads in time to catch this.

Re: Stromberg Hot Spot Manifold SOLD
Thanks, Dusty. I've wanted one ever since I purchased one of Stan's OFs years ago. If for some reason, I change out carbs, I'll contact you.

Mighty Neighborly of you Richard . Thanks for the kind offer. Hopefully you have an original throttle control OR managed to purchase one of Tim Morsher's faithful reproductions that he had for sale little while ago. Then you would have a totally complete setup and how cool that would be!

Re: Stromberg Hot Spot Manifold SOLD
Yes, Dusty I did buy one of Tim's chokes that mount on the steering wheel. I'll take a look at the pieces when I receive them. I just wonder with all those OFs out there, the hot spot items might be worth making. I have some machine skills and should be able to make the valve. Haven't done any castings, so
the shroud would have to be farmed out. I'll think on it.

Ken
Granted, it looks similar, but no it is not the same thing but is darn near if not exactly the same stuff that older gas can nozzles were made from. A flat wound, interlocking flat ribbon of plated steel. I actually have some older steel gerry cans that I store fuel in here at the cabin and they have this exact flexible spout but too large in diameter to be of use.
