This is the main appliance for this pull from the dash hand start device. Spring tension keeps the return up and a brake fiction band on the pulley does the grabbing when you pull from the dash.Someone handy should be able to fabricate the missing pieces using the original instruction sheet schematic. Asking $85 plus postage. As a note the Instruction sheet you see here is digital only. SORRY BILL the unit sold to the first person that emailed to the address I listed below, as I instructed, and NOT the Forum personal messaging system that I do not follow.

do you have the other pully wheel that the chain goes through before it goes into the cab

This item sold and no the pulley wheel was missing.
