The differences in electric headlight buckets are how they are mounted on the car: fork, fender support arm (subtle bracket differences), or fender brace. Also the adjustment position screw 6 vs 9 o'clock. Rim finish 1915 Brass, then Black then Nickle (1926-27). The lens changes from round to H pattern caused the clips inside the rims to change, but the rivets to secure the rime to headlight bucket did not change for the Black & Nickle buckets.
From the MTFCA Encyclopedia Green Visor on 1921 replaced the clear round lens- What lens do you have clear or fluted?

Rim Clips - some use H style clips on round glass
