Rare 1912 year Holley H1 4500 carburetor. This is a very clean and complete carburetor. Needs to be rebuilt. Includes the float, all internals, and a CRACK FREE brass bowl. It even has the correct original fuel line fitting. The internal venturi is still solid. Needs standard rebuild, including re-bushing the throttle shaft, new or modern float, and adding a new choke return spring. Very hard to find, impossible to find with an uncracked original bowl. 375 includes shipping.

just curious, what did you use to clean that thing with and get that finish on the cast body?

I can't answer for the Seller but I get similar results with wet blasting. The proper term is Vapor Honing, and if you Google it, there are several YouTube videos out there that show how to convert a regular Harbor Freight Blast Cabinet into a Vapor Honing Cabinet. I just use crushed glass for media. As for the bowl, likely a little White Rouge and a Buffer will polish that right up.

Dan, I have an Vevor Ultrasonic tank that I generally use a degreaser in such as Awesome or Simple Green. It will do a great job of getting it degreased however it would take a special chemical to make it look like that. You really should get or make yourself a Vapor Hone. Use it to clean bearing caps that have been heated, tinned and poured. It won't imbed the media when you take the flash rust off. Then line bore and away you go. Valves that you are removing carbon from is another use. It won't scratch or pit the stems.
