Is anyone making the correct 1/4-28 engine dust pan bolts. These were used on the brass radiator cars.

No.
The heads are 3/8" square. Different years' parts books list different lengths.

I know of three different lengths. The front ones are 1/2" longer on the cars. Then there was an even longer one for the rear on the deeper frames of the TT's. All have a smaller head than a standard hardware shop bolt of today. A few I have seen do not have the four pointed square under the head. Instead, they have just two points. All have used a larger square nut than those found on later general hardware. Now square nuts are made of unobtaineum.

One thing has hasn't been mentioned is the little bolts have a cotter pin hole through the bottom.
