WTB: Late Style Front Right Spring Perch with Ford Script

Looking to buy a later style front right spring perch (T-222-B). I need it to be an original one with the Ford Script, and has the center drill & shoulder on the top side. Here is a photo of my front left spring perch that has the Ford script and the center drill & shoulder, this is what I'm looking for.
I only need the spring perch, I don't need the nut or bushing or anything on the left side. But if all/some of that is a package deal then I'm willing to negotiate. Also I need the threads to be at least salvageable or better, and no damage around the bushing area.
