I need a factory extended neck intake manifold for my 1915 Centerdood sedan. The gas tank was under the back seat and it starved going up hills without the long neck. Any help would be appreciated.

Rare as hens teeth! This might work, not original but has a much longer neck. Don't know if he wants to sell. https://www.facebook.com/photo/?fbid=92 ... 9581385548
The alterative might be to cut the down pipe and extend it.

Hi Chris, i sold my 15 centerdoor years ago. The one on my car was the only long manifold ive ever seen, i hope you can scare one up. In the mean time, i think id section a piece from another one in. Best of luck to you.

Just a question, was this used on any other car?
Or was it 15 only? Thanks Dan

1915 only and center-door sedan only. Due to the low flat gasoline tank under the far back rear seat in only that one model that one year. Less than a thousand such cars were produced, and maybe a few extra manifolds? So likely very few such manifolds survive.
I would expect to cut and weld/braze pieces from a couple iron manifolds to approximate one. I have brazed a few iron intake manifolds for various special adaptions over the years. That iron brazes very well and makes a strong bond.
With a little effort, one could make one nearly identical to the photo Stephen shared that once painted would look and function nearly perfect.
