SOLD. Adapter Plate to convert Chevy Head to a Model T
Very well made Adapter Plate allows you to install a 4 cylinder Chevrolet head on a Model T block. Includes bolt set to attach the plate to the T block. New, never used. $500.00 plus shipping Lang’s 1-800-872-7871

Chevy head has been sold
