WTB: 1912 top bow iron clamps?????

I dont know what these are called but if you have them please let me know:

I think they are steel???? Seems like it. It doesnt look like straps.

They are called saddle clamps by some or top clamps most have a number on the back and they are left and right beware like my 1919 dodge I got a pair that fit but held the top up really high before find the correct ones. They are pretty specific to car and body style

What's the purpose of those clamps? I have a Torpedo also and and have never used any clamps other that the leather hold down strap. My bows have a socket and pin that nest together when folded down. Would sure be nice to have something to keep the window from resting on top of the gas cap and getting all marred up though!
