1911 to early 1913 Closed Driveshaft Spool

Post by moozark » Tue Jun 25, 2019 2:09 pm

This is an early closed driveshaft spool. I sold this one a few years ago as a 1910. The man who bought returned it and said it was not quite right for 1910 but would work for 1911 to early 1913. So, I'm not sure. It does NOT have a raised letter part number on the casting. The number "10" painted on the side was put there by a previous owner. He thought it was for a 1910. $45.00 + 12.00 shipping. Please pay by PayPal.

Looks a lot like the spool from my 1917.

It's "early" as it has no bump outs by the stud holes on the end that goes into the rear axle.

Settle things with Philip first, but in the event he doesn't come through, I'd like to be next.
