I am searching for a Delco 5195 Two Cap Distributor. Originally used on four cylinder Stutz and other makes.

Have you checked with Tom VanMeeteren? He's a forum member who might have what you need.

You do not need one. The mount on the engine is for a standard magneto.

At one point Tim offered a dual distributor unit but I am not seeing it on his website, maybe they are still available. Tim also sells a dual spark, single distributor that is made with modern, easy to find components.
I bought the Delco dual distributor from John Karvaly but it is not for sale.
