steve, I assumed you would be pleased that I am able to supply an original pair. I assumed that you and all collectors would be pleased that someone has an original part.

I have originals also, Darel - it just would be courteous if you ran your own ad !

I am not the first one to post on another ad. I thought we are all in this together, not to make a big profit, but to help out others in the pursuit of parts needed. Locally, I have given away parts.

No, you are not, but some of us has a surplus of parts & I for one appreciate the use of this site for that. What I don't appreciate is someone "jumping" on an ad that was already responded to - be courteous & send a private email if you feel the need to try and peddle your own parts !

when someone is seeking a part, I assumed that all replies are welcomed. Especially if an original part is offered when only a reproduction was available. I see your point, but I do not consider it to be related to this want ad.
I hope that time will heal.
