GE GENEMOTOR STARTER FOR PRE STARTER CARS

Offering a GE GENEMOTOR starter assembly for pre starter cars.
Can be used on later cars as well if the car shipped without a starter and ring gear.
Asking $500. The unit has been tested and works well. Listing for my friend Gary Hussar.

Is this unit both a starter and generator ? Thats what I am looking for .
