Might check with Chaffins- Glen had some NOS handles for sale several years ago.

Hello Larry,
Attached is a photo of two early bale handles I have.
They are not identical, but very similar in design.
If you think they would work for you, I would take $50 each for any of the handles pictured plus shipping.
