FS Headlamp Double Sockets 1915/16

I have 4 headlamp sockets for 1915 or 1916 Model T’s. These differ from the later ones in that the pins are 90 degrees off. This was done to align the filament horizontally to allow the headlamp to be focused. Note the later socket in the middle of the picture. The focus screw for the 1915/16 is at the top of the light bulb, not to the side of the light bulb like the later ones. These are scarce. $25 each with $5 postage. Hard to find. In past I have brought whole headlights for the sockets. Too bad I don’t need any.

Those sockets are also correct for the 1917 model year (the focus adjustment screw on the headlight bucket is at the 12 o'clock position, just like 1915 and 1916).

While I agree that the 1915-16 Headlights with the adjusting screw at 12o'clock require a different socket as you have indicated. But it appears that the middle one, #3, in your photo is not one of the them. 1,2,4,5 look correct

The middle one was only shown in the picture to show the difference between the early and late double socket orientation.
