This car is still available. Contact me directly if you are interested. Ebay was a JOKE.

Unfortunately, the market for 20s era classics right now is through the floor. I’ve been eyeballing model A phaeton prices for a while now, outside of a few select E-ticket things that will get you into Pebble Beach and places like that, there isn’t any value to extract at the moment. It’s a market where either you want to sell it, or hold. Best of luck.

I'll agree with Douglas Ogden, in his above statement. the current market, especially for black era Model T's is a buyer's market; not a seller's. In plain English, the market just "sucks" due to the current uncertainty of the economy caused by current governmental actions. Tim, I know that you have a nice car and I'm sure from the things that you have done to it, that it is probably worth what you are willing to let it go, for, but I am in a similar situation. I have a 26 fordor sedan that I want to sell that is an amateur restoration, but a very presentable car, that I paid over $9000.00 for. Since then, I had the engine and transmission rebuilt at a cost of $3000.00 or more. Then I added Sure Stop disc brakes to the rear at an additional cost of over $1500.00. Then, i had a Ruxtell rear end rebuilt and installed which added another $2500.00 to the car's value totaling $16,000.00. If the car was restored to Pebble Beach standards, I still couldn't get that price for it. If I can sell it, I'll be lucky to get my original $9000.00 back, giving away $7000.00 in parts and labor. Good Luck with your sale.

It's sad they aren't worth a lot in times like today, but it sure gives people a heck of an opportunity to get started in the hobby!

That is oddly the point: Opportunity, and in that, there will be more people coming into the hobby because the entry point is not unreachable. With that affordability there will also be a change usership, hopefully. People will start to operate their vehicles and have fun. Fun is what got us into this in the first place.
