NEW 1913-1917 Shackles

These are made by Chaffin's, about 10 years old. Either forged or cast steel, they have a nice ring to them when tapped. Been sitting on the shelf, never used.
I am missing some nuts for them. Clean them up and they are ready to use. Over $400 new.
