New pair. Some rust as seen but will clean up nicely. Half price: retail is $45, sell for $22.50 plus $4.00 postage.

Tim, I have one set of slightly rusted Hayes and several sets of Kelsey seals, but all Pruddens are rust free. The rusted ones are half price, $22.50, and the rust free ones are $45 per pair.
