NOS TOQUET CARBURETOR

Appears to me to be NOS. Interesting little carburetor that was pretty popular in the day.

Stan, I just bought a 1914 Touring with that type of carburator. Do you have any knowledge of it's qualities? Why was it popular of the day? Ecconomic? Easy starting?

They run pretty well. Some have the standard T adjustment but most have a "set and forget" like this one.

After a year of ownership, I can confirm it's a good carburetor :-)
