I need the second ring for 0.030" or 0.040" oversized ALUMINUM pistons! The new one broke while being installed. I will buy a set for one piston if need be, but I prefer just the single ring for the second groove. Thanks in advance for helping!

Re: WTB: Piston rings
Problem solved! Lang's came through with a replacement piston ring, even though it was not their fault that the suspected defective ring broke upon installation. Lots of kudos for Lang's Old Car Parts! Tops in customer service, an almost extinct animal these days. Keep that in mind the next time you send off an order! Anyone can sell you a needed part; the true measure of a great vendor is the willingness to correct a problem. Can your supplier do that consistently?
