WTB headlight forks for smaller brass lights

Hey all,
I'm looking for a pair of headlight forks for a pair of Acetylene headlights I have.
The hole centres are about 12.5cm or 4.9inches give or take a bit.
Also looking for a pair of sidelight brackets.
