It's the accessory mounted in front of the engine. You ran a flat belt off it to power
a corn grinder or other such implements. There was a thread showing one type in
the 2014 forum. I'm not smart enough to post it.

Technically called a "power take off" pulley, or PTO. They were made in a wide variety of styles and for many kinds of cars, trucks, and tractors, even steam or stationary engines. Some mounted on the front of the car, the rear wheel, or out from transmissions (the side plate on Warfords and Jumbo Giants). Others offered a base for the rear wheels to sit on to power the PTO pulley, and didn't need to be mounted onto your car at all.

From your opening, I thought maybe you were wanting a flanged or guided pulley for your fan belt (I like those myself!). A little more information will help you find what you are looking for.
