30 X 3 1/2 Kelsey rim
30 X 3 1/2 Kelsey rim with two broken lugs. Got this rim with a bunch of parts, it had a rock hard petrified tire on it and I thought it was probably junk. I cut the tire off and found it's not too bad at all. The bead edges are thick and not at all sharp, and though there is some rust it's not bad. The lugs are peened or swaged and possibly electric welded (like a spot weld) but a crafty T guy could replace them. Maybe you need some Kelsey lugs to repair your rim, or maybe this rim is better than yours. Make me an offer-you pay shipping.

CORRECTION. This is a Hayes rim that fits the notched felloe. I'm going to repost it.
