I mistakenly had this posted as a Kelsey rim, but it is the one identified as Hayes in the chart on another thread on the forum.
30 X 3 1/2 Hayes rim with two broken lugs. This is the rim that fits the notched felloe. Got this rim with a bunch of parts, it had a rock hard petrified tire on it and I thought it was probably junk. I cut the tire off and found it's not too bad at all. The bead edges are thick and not at all sharp, and though there is some rust it's not bad. The lugs are peened or swaged and possibly electric welded (like a spot weld) but a crafty T guy could replace them. Maybe you need some Kelsey lugs to repair your rim, or maybe this rim is better than yours. Make me an offer-you pay shipping
