I have checked them out as to the threads being good and handles working ect. These came in an old coffee can full of what appeared to be genuine old model T rear end grease that had acted as a "tar pit" for many, many, years of moths, grasshoppers, wasps ect. All I did was soak them in lacquer thinner to get the "gunk" off and be able to check them as to condition. Set #1 has the best remaining nickel plating of the "no name style cups. First buyer of that style will get #1 . The "patented" style cups all have pretty nice nickel. But these have been used so there may be marks from pliers or a wrench used to open them. They are all solid brass, so they could have the remaining nickel removed, and could be polished to be beautiful on a brass era car.
At first I do not wish to break up the sets of 4. maybe later, if they do not sell as sets.
I have hand picked them to make sure each set is as close to same condition as possible for the set of 4. Matched sets are not easy to come buy. I know there are guys that will say they have 40 matched sets, but the sets in hoarder collections are usually not for sale. (I have been accused of hoarding, but I was just protecting it from the hoarders)
