early steering bracket
WTB #T-932 early steering to frame bracket. This style has no threaded hole for a grease cup, and has the T-932 casting embossment.

Re: early steering bracket
Hi Scott, I don't have an extra one right now, but I believe there are two slightly different brackets that have t-932 cast on them, one is for the 1909 column , the other is for the early 11 column that is slightly longer, different angle I'll see if I can post a photo of each side by side. What year are you looking for? I have several 932Bs but they're for late 11 to maybe 1915

Re: early steering bracket
Just checked the brackets on my columns, and the 11 has the grease cup hole and the 09 doesn't. Same identical casting number, but slightly different angle. I didn't remember seeing the grease cup hole on the 11. They are the same length at 4 1/4" long. So I answered my own question, you need a 09/10 bracket.

Re: early steering bracket
Correct Mike. These may have been supplied up into 1911....have heard this but am not the expert. Definitely only one bracket out there that does not have the grease hole.
thx,
Scott

Re: early steering bracket
Yeah, I have a T 932 B with grease hole too. I looked. You’ll have to go in the Way Back machine to find one of those Scott...
I don’t know why I turned out this way. My parents were decent people

Re: early steering bracket
Yep, this is another one of those "rare enough" parts where casting is probably warranted, but then enough folks need to need them to make the cost reasonable. Every once in a while one shows up here. I'm in no great hurry, so we'll see if one turns up. Thanks all.
