Hi there, I installed new stainless valves and adjustable lifters in my 1926 T. I just put the valve and lifters in and adjusted the valves to .014. Engine starts fine but engine lacks power. Should I have taken head off and re-time valves?
Thank you

Re: Valves
Did you lap in the valve seats? I recut the seats then lap them in for a good seal. Hope this helps.

You need to ask your question on the main forum, this is not car support.
