Browse "sideways" in encyclopedia

I am researching how a particular part evolved over the years. Doing that in the encyclopedia browsing through the years means that you have to go back to the menu in order to go to the next year.
It would be nice if the top of the page when watchine for example year "1917" have an left arrow with year "1916" and a right arrow with "1918".
In the old format there is such links in the bottom of each yearpage, a nice feature.
The part I am investigating is not described in the alfabethical part (Coil Box Assembly)
