Toon, when you are composing your post, you will see at the bottom of the screen "Attachments." Click on that and then go to the file you want to attach. Once it appears in the attachment box, click on "Place Inline."

That should work. I am doing it with a photo as I type this to be sure.

Looks like "Place inline" didn't work this time. It's listed as an attachment. When I did it yesterday, I thought it came out differently. Will try again.

When you click Place Inline you can put text before and after your picture. If not, the picture will appear after the text.
The inevitable often happens.
