Photos I post have verbiage below the photo. Also, they are not the format that shows a border around the photo. What am I doing wrong? I’m posting photos from my iPhone photo library.

Well, I cant post it but if you look in this thread and scroll down to my photos (Duckwing poster) you will see what I'm referring to. I guess the verbiage shows up when others view my post.

Ok don't know. Guess as long as you can post photos I would not worry about it. Could be where you are pulling the photos from, desk top or tablet. ?

Did do you view the message I referenced and did you see the verbiage on the photos?

Yes I did. If think it is some sort of back door to your computer, send a note to Jeff or Chris, their contact is listed in several places, and ask them. Tell them where you are posting your photos from, desk, tablet etc, maybe there is a work around, or it is just there causing no issues, except, the ones it is on can not be clicked and enlarged, but I have seen others that don't have the verbiage that can't be either.

I have never been able to post pics , anywhere else I just click on photos, my photo page opens I select a pic and say ok, but on here I click on the photo tab and some image information junk no pic.

I guess you just need to upload your photos on the third-party hosting and insert here through the panel in the message. Or submit to the Gallery, perhaps.

The issue is that you are adding the photos as an 'Attachment' you are missing 1 extra step in the process:

This explanation sort of sounds a bit silly but try these steps in this order:

1. Click on Attachments just below the input window,
2. Click "add files"
3. Select photos and upload

THEN

4. SELECT "Place Inline"
This will put the photo in your post at the place you selected (watch where the cursor is).

5. SELECT "Preview" to check it is OK, edit if not, then
6. Select "Submit" when you are good to go.
