Is there a Forum timeout?
Twice in the past 2 days I have gotten up to get "refreshments" after reading a long thread, when I got back the Forum was logged out and I had to log back on. Is there an idle timer that logs you out after a certain amount of time?
Do it right or do it over, your choice. Drive like everyone is out to get you!

Re: Is there a Forum timeout?
If you start a post, you have exactly 2 hours to finish it, otherwise you'll have to start over. If you're unsure, use the "Save as draft" option when posting so you can come back and edit a previously started post later.
Other than that, sessions should stay active until you log out or close your browser. I've had some sessions on the forum open for over 2 days while monitoring the site.
Some ISP's ( your internet provider) will terminate idle sessions after some pre-determined time. But that is something we don't have control over.
Just to check again, I'll leave my session open here on my work computer and report back in the AM.

Re: Is there a Forum timeout?
There is indeed a session timeout. I'm not sure where to change it but I'll look.
