But I can log in on my phones. Also I can't sent an email to let the admin know what is going on. Anybody else having this issue?

I have four browsers installed: Edge, Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer.
My first advice: try another browser.

Most people are having the opposite problem!

Try clearing your browsing history.

I did that on my Chrome and now I can see the NEW Unread icon Jeff put in.
