Lang's

Is Lang's still in business? If they are, They aren't answering their phones. I want to purchase Rocky Mountain brakes for my 1915 touring. Thanks, bobt

I bought some stuff from them a few weeks ago. I know they are not operating at full capacity because I received the parts before they ever charged me. Never had that happen pre-pandemic.
Just give me time to Rust and I'll be good as new. :) Wabi-Sabi

Bob,

They were having some phone issues. I just called them on the 800-872-7871 number and did not get through. But they just answered their 978-939-5500 line and confirmed they are still open and ready to take calls etc. Note below is what they posted on their website back in Mar 23, 2020. They are running with a reduced crew.

Sorry the phones were down earlier. And remember you can still place an order via the web even if the phones are not working when you try later.

+++++++ from their web site ++++++ at: https://www.modeltford.com/events.aspx#event_76661

Lang's Old Car Parts is a small family business and is making sure our employees, customers and family are safe and taken care of during this time.

We are open for online, fax, mail and phone orders
We are currently closed to the public - If you would like to pick up an order, you can contact us and we can leave the order outside of the building at a set time
UPS, FedEx and US Mail Shipments are still currently shipping as we work with a reduced staff of family member to complete orders, shipment times may be affected
Please call or email us with any questions

And I told them thanks for all their support to our hobby!

Respectfully submitted,

Hap l9l5 cut off

I ordered a NOS part the other day and absolutely no issues. Probably before the phone issue. They even called me to let me know the 90 year old part might have light rust and would buff it off if necessary. I let them know that that wasn’t necessary at all to me.
That’s great customer care and service and I really appreciated it. A++++

I placed an order late last week by computer. Fedex delivered the order today.

I use their site to order.

I was at Lang's yesterday to pick up an order. Business (mostly) as usual. Yes, a slightly reduced workforce due to Pandemic protocols, but they are taking orders and parts are going out of the door. Steve and Don were absent, being somewhere in New Hampshire getting a load of used Model T parts.
