Correct 1915 magneto horn mounting?
Anybody have a picture showing how Ford mounted the 1915 mag horn? A Google image search didn't find anything I trust.

The bracket for the horn is Lang's p/n 6437E.
If you search the "Vehicles For Sale" section of the forum, look for: "Nice Original 1916 Touring", listed by Kim Dobbins, listing date September 15, 2019. One of the photos shows the horn location:

That's about the only place you can put it if you don't want it to stick out.

If we assumed that it was in the same location in 1917 the holes are more clearly noted in this discussion.

I had to laugh at myself. I went out to look at my '15 to see where I had mounted it in 1985. I was sure I knew what was correct back then. After opening both sides of the hood I realized I never mounted a magneto horn. It has the hand push horn.
So much for my expertise. It doesn't stop me though.

My magneto horn is not working while in the car. It has been tested on an HCCT. I am assuming the ground is not good. What would be the best place to run a ground wire?

I'd ground it to the frame. Are you sure the button is OK?

Another thing to consider, is do you have the correct steering column?

Not in the car yet. I'll get it in there eventually.
