What is the date on the next page? It has been updated several times. There some updates between the 1997 edition and the major updated No 4. If this is the 1997 edition would still have some good info in it. Between the 1997 and current, the name was changed to Restoration Guidelines & Judging Standards. Of course many guys just changed the content not the cover when they got the updates.
