Where are you at Chickasha and what are you bringing?

Post by ModelT46 » Tue Feb 26, 2019 6:12 pm

I (along with my wife) will be at FL7 and 8. We will be in the parking lot on Thursday. We will bring a variety of literarure including non Ford owner's manuals. There will be Model T sales or owner's manuals. Also a few Ford Times, I have yet to select them from my duplicates. I do not have a list, you will have to come and take a look. We will have several wood coil boxes(used on big cars) and perhaps severel T metal boxes, some early steering columns, a pair or two B&B headlites for non Fords, and a several Ford B&B side lites. I will have a pair ot two or singles all brass side lights non Ford. I will see if I have a brass horn or two. There is two feet of snow here and that slows down my search of a storage area or two. I will see if I can find a few carburators. I will post again next week. What am I looking for? A model 60 JB tail light or just the top. Most of my old parts and items are as found. You can do any restoration needed, so the price may be reasonable (you be the judge of that.)

Hi Darrel.
I am looking for a 1911 streeing column for touring. If you have such a item , in your early steering columns. I am very interested. I will not make it to Chickasha. If you can send a picture or two, that would be great also!

Leather License Plates!
That's what I'm bringing and we'll be in our normal space, North Bldg Spaces NJ 8-9. That's just past the lobby (where the Ersland's have their desk) then turn right to enter the showroom, turn left and we're there on your left. Stop by and say hello! Remember, we're just steps away from the Men's Restroom, the food vendors and lot's of indoor vendors, both in the East side (where we are) and the West side of the North Bldg. Also, it's air conditioned and has free WiFi. So, if your cell phone or laptop needs a boost, come in and use the free WiFi. Additionally, there will probably again be a ATM machine nearby.

Is anyone on here bringing any 'modern Ford' (--1928-31 Model-A) parts to Chickasha to sell? I am in the market for a few Model-A flywheels, a few distributors, a good front axle or front radius rod (wishbone) and a few other core parts. Send me a PM if you have some of this to sell.

I’ll be in the North building at NJ5 with my usual selection of bits.
I did have a brass radiator with a new core but that got sold. I will have a selection of rims both 21” and 30”. Also a rusty Chevy cylinder head complete with valve train at a must move price. Also a few 30x3 1/2 tires that still have tread but have been discarded by owners who want news rubber. I have several starter bendix that are in good condition.
I’ll be looking for a good starter hogs head and a good three dip pan.
Let’s hope the weather cooperates 😊😊

Gene, I'll be purchasing up one of your timer plate adjustment tools.
Brent, are you in need of an A crank?
