Terminal block placement.
How far up from the steering column hole is the terminal block placed in INCHES on a wooden firewall?

Center of steering column to center of terminal block. Is 6 inches. From the opening in the wood to center of terminal block is 4 inches.

A couple of period photos. Perhaps you can eye the location based upon the other parts near the terminal block. Also shows the route of the loom clamps. Jim Patrick
