Re: 6 volt voltage regulator
The FP website says back ordered. But I believe most of the parts dealers carry them. I'd call around Monday morning and see if anybody still has one in stock.

Re: 6 volt voltage regulator
I have heard that one of the parts used to make the regulator is obsolete, hence the lack of production.

Re: 6 volt voltage regulator
I have one on backorder since September of 2018. Mr Birdhaven was at Chickasha, said he was very busy but would be making some more at some point. FWIW, jb

Re: 6 volt voltage regulator
There are plenty of old stock cutouts on ebay all the time or get a semiconductor (diode) type. Knock on wood, all I have ever had was old stock cutouts on my T for many years. I would not suggest the new type original style cutout however. There are still plenty of people that dont use the regulator or semiconductor types.
I know the voices aren't real but damn they have some good ideas!

Re: 6 volt voltage regulator
At a recent tour I saw a man with a tee shirt that said "6 Volt Guy Living in a 12 Volt World".. Says it all.
