Well, here is my latest bring home item.
M37 remnants
Will probably resell at some point but i just literally saved it from going to the junk man, still has the transfer case and such. Extremely rusty ,frame stretched,

A lot of that thing could be rebuilt with flat sheet metal. A little rough sheet metal looks just fine under flat olive drab.

Cool find! We saved a closed cab cckw that a guy wanted for the fenders and scrap the rest. It has a chopped frame, 4 instead of 6 wheels, and a manure spreader on it- which is rusted out, and the truck isnt much better. We also saved a neat rusted hobart welder and generator from the 40s. We saw an old rock crusher being chopped up for scrap and a lot of old neat farm equipment along with it. :(
The former owner was crying when she found out what was happening to most of the things after the auction.
Just a 20 year old who listens to 40 year old music, works on 75 year old airplanes and drives 100 year old cars.
The past is only simple because hindsight is 20/20.
